2) Dyspnea and chest pain
Many patients describe a difficulty to take deep breaths and getting tired easily. In some cases, these symptoms are accompanied with dizziness, and patients with previous heart problems may have chest pain and may even have a heart attack as the first symptom of acute myeloid leukemia.
